I never received the ordered product, instead received an empty package in the mail, with a notation from the Postal Service that the package was received missing contents. I then sent a note to York Nordic support with photos of the torn open package and ask them for advice on how to proceed. No response was received. A couple of days later I sent another email, again no response was received. The customer service failed me. Shouldn't even receive the one star that was required to post this review.
