York Nordic Walking Poles - return for a refund

York Nordic strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return the product for a full refund. Returns cost our business $15 for shipping and processing and that cost is covered by the customer.

OPTION 1:

1. Pay $15 using the Add to Cart button above
2. We email you a pre-paid return label
3. You receive your full refund within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the product. Your refund will be reflected in your account 3-5 days after we process the refund.

OPTION 2: The customer is welcome to arrange their own shipping and provide us with the original order # (from our website or Amazon etc.) and tracking details. Please ship all returns to York Nordic Returns, 22 Canal Street, Suite 224, Somersworth, NH 03878.

Returns are not allowed after 30 days and are subject to a review for potential product damage.
