Great quality. Injured left leg and right wrist. Used to keep body weight off of injured wrist, works well. Unlike traditional crutch/cane this is comfortable for me to use.
The sent me the wrong sizes for cuff sleeve and the adjustment screw was the wrong one altogether
I’ve tried several times to call most of the time the mail box is full so they must have many other complaints as well I’ve also sent several unresolved text messages… I totally flabbergasted

The wrist and hand pain from my regular cane is gone! Takes a bit to get your new center of gravity but not long. Came when expected. Would purchase again
I use the Smart Crutch because canes or crutches with horizontal handles give me symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. I usually use one crutch for balance, and have the forearm support adjusted close to a 45 degree angle. A recent knee injury means I now need the option to put my full weight on two crutches. My new crutch arrived quickly, and I adjusted both crutches almost horizontal, so I'm taking the entire load on my elbows. So far so good! And a bonus I didn't anticipate was that the crutches are safe to have in an MRI suite, which simplified getting imaging quite a bit. I'm a huge fan!!
I think the design of the hand piece and the sturdiness of the poles is great for patients with gait instability and for hiking.
These crutches are definitely easier on the hands and armpits. The graphics are okay, but the company name/logo covers half of the whole graphic on each side of each crutch. That's a bit much, IMHO. Since the graphics are vinyl prefab stickers, that issue was remedied with a wide black perm. marker. I've had these for 2 weeks, and other than a slight metal on metal sound when the spring is compressed, they've worked well. I would recommend them.
This is my first set of forearm crutches and I do love the entire special fit parts of them. There were a couple small hiccups that just edge out giving the 5/5, but I do not regret buying these.
1st thing I had a small issue with- the adjustment **** for the length of the forearm are really hard to adjust and I ended up hurting my thumb the first time trying to adjust them. The **** for the angle adjustment are SO easy to use that I was surprised that these would be so much more difficult.
The 2nd issue I encountered was trying to get the cushion + adhesive to get properly into place on the arm cuffs. Two have already fallen off due to the difficulties I had getting them in the proper alignment and the adhesive just not wanting to stick. I’m sure this was user error, but it still lead to overall difficulty getting started.
All of this to say, I don’t regret for one moment purchasing these and I have already used them in a variety of situations, and I am so happy to have these as an additional option for my own mobility.
Bought a set of smart crutches because I had my left foot operated on and I'm still dealing with a right rotator cuff injury and the regular standard style crutchesjust would not work. These help take a lot of the weight off of my rotator cuff and place it more on my lower forearm and hands. Great product.
