Returns

If you would like to return your product for a refund, keep in mind that returns are not allowed after 30 days and are subject to a review for potential product damage. Returns cost our business $15 for shipping and processing and that cost is covered by the customer.

OPTION 1:

1. Complete the Return Form below with all the required information. We will review and email you a pre-paid return label if approved. After submitting the form you will receive a copy which you may include in the return.
2. We recommend that you use the original packaging provided by us and keep the proof of shipment.
3. You will receive your full refund minus our $15 return fee within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the product. Your refund will be reflected in your account 3-5 days after we process the refund.

OPTION 2: 

You are welcome to arrange your own shipping. Please print the Return Form and include it in the return shipping box.
