If you would like to return your product for a refund, remember that returns are not allowed after 30 days and are subject to a review for potential product damage. Returns cost our business $10 ($15 for crutches) for shipping and processing, and that cost is covered by the customer.

OPTION 1:  PRINT OUT A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL

2. Choose to print your pre-paid return label
3. Return your purchase to us

You will receive your full refund within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the product. Your refund will be reflected in your account 3-5 days after we process the refund, less $10 ($15 for crutches) for shipping.
