York Nordic strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 800.930.5928 to discuss your issue so we can help to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you would like to return your product for a refund, keep in mind that returns are not allowed after 30 days and are subject to a review for potential product damage. Returns cost our business $15 for shipping and processing and that cost is covered by the customer.

- We email you a pre-paid return label and a return form to fill out and include with your return shipment.
- You receive your full refund within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the product. Your refund will be reflected in your account 3-5 days after we process the refund.
The customer is welcome to arrange their own shipping and provide us with the original order # (from our website or Amazon etc.) along with tracking details.
