If you would like to return your product for a refund, keep in mind that returns are not allowed after 30 days and are subject to a review for potential product damage. Returns cost our business $15 for shipping and processing and that cost is covered by the customer.

OPTION 1:

1. Pay $15 on our online store, click here
2. We email you a pre-paid return label and a return form to fill out and include with your return shipment.
3. You receive your full refund within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the product. Your refund will be reflected in your account 3-5 days after we process the refund.

OPTION 2: 

The customer is welcome to arrange their own shipping and provide us with the original order # (from our website or Amazon etc.) along with tracking details.
