Dress for Success for Some Great Pole Walking in the Fall
We are in the heart of Fall with some time to get in some good pole walking before the snow flies! While it can be beautiful in the Fall, it is important to wear clothing that allows you to move freely yet maintain a comfortable body temperature. Warmth is great, right until you begin to overheat so plan accordingly and use layers and clothing that helps wick away moisture. As with pole walking and hiking in any season, it is important to wear comfortable and warm shoes with good traction as the Fall provides plenty of wet leaves and slippery surfaces to navigate. Let’s Get Out There and enjoy a good Fall walk today!

I needed to get these ice grips with expedited shipping before the winter storm hit. I reached out to the company and received excellent customer service. They shipped the product same day, and I received it in time. It really helped me to not slip on the ice.
The poles are adjustable to just the right height. They are sturdy enough to stop, lean, and rest (and I’m a big person). Customer service was quick and helpful. Would recommend.
We purchased smart crutches for our 18-year-old daughter who has a connective tissue disorder that causes her significant pain and joint dislocation issues. While our insurance wouldn’t cover the smart crutches, we ordered them anyway and boy are we glad we did! On her very first day with Smart Crutches her pain was decreased & she was able to sleep through the night for the first time in years!! These Smart Crutches are worth their weight in gold. They reduce her pain level and help her navigate physically! If you struggle with mobility issues and are considering Smart Crutches GET THEM! You will not be disappointed!
I needed something for balance and partial weight bearing and a cane was not cutting it. I tried multiple styles and they caused too much strain on my hand, wrists, and elbow joints. I looked at this for months before taking the plunge because I couldn’t try it first. But, finally, I decided to pick a side and give one a go. I’m so glad I did. I plan to order one for the other side, because you just never know which joint you’re going to need to support with hEDS or if you’re going to have a flair or injury in an upper joint making that arm not useable.
