At York Nordic, we’ve shared quite a few blog posts about the powerful role exercise can play for those living with Parkinson’s. We also know how tricky balance and stability can be—which is why we’ve often highlighted the value of walking poles, whether you’re heading out for exercise or simply moving through your day.
