Arthritis in the thumb joint, sometimes referred to as basal joint arthritis, is very common among adults. Because the thumb joint accounts for almost 40% of hand function it can make every day activities painful. I wasn't sure about getting these but they are fantastic! Not only do they make using my crutches on uneven ground a lot easier but the cushion the impact of the crutch hitting the ground with normal use which then puts less strain on my joints which is an unexpected perk.
Thank you for my replacement gloved! I am finding that the gloves even when "clicked" in seem to be coming loose and falling to the ground. I believe this is how I lost my original glove. Do I need new poles? I'm part of the CCNW club and bought them when we joined up with your company. Thank you for your help!
