Soothing your feet to walk more!

Nordic Walking is a great exercise that can be taken and achieved in and on any terrain.  Although your shoes protect your feet, what should you do to sooth your feet and protect them from debris, blisters, water and most of all keep them comfortable?

We found some great socks designed for athletes to help them focus less on the elements and more on Nordic Walking the extra mile.  According to Competitor Magazine August 2011 issue, here are a couple of athletic socks to get your feet acquainted with.
