Did you know that on March 18, 1965, Soviet cosmonaut Alexei Leonov made history by becoming the first human to perform a spacewalk. Wearing his spacesuit, Leonov exited the Voskhod 2 spacecraft through an inflatable external airlock. During this exhilarating moment, he floated freely in orbit, tethered to the spacecraft, for approximately 10 minutes. It was a remarkable achievement in the early days of space exploration!
With new efforts by various countries to develop outposts on the Moon, we wonder if walking poles might fit into the picture!!!! Let's Get Out There!
I bought the Motivator and travel Motivator poles for my husband. He has been getting out twice a day to walk. The poles give him better stability and help him to walk a bit faster. He is getting used to the hand grip.
I am traveling overseas next month and needed a crutch that I was able to dismantle and pack in my bag or put in overhead bin on the plane. Not only is the crutch fun looking it matched all my needs. The customer service was a 10.
I have found these crutches to be very helpful getting around with (probable) EDS. They were very easy to set up and feel great. The only negative is that the padding in the cuffs falls off constantly, so I am going to have to adhere them another way. I almost didn't buy these because of the cost, but I'm glad I went for it, and I would recommend these to anyone with similar issues.
