Either way the fact remains that Nordic/pole walking takes advantage of the additional core workout to create additional calorie burn. And, we are firm believers that walking in general is not only great for you but that it does not feel like hard work, especially with the aid of walking poles.Great to see the awareness growing and that more people are taking advantage of Nordic walking.
